over - The comparisons you made were on outright speed, but what Kubica has over and above speed is impeccable consistency and that might be enough to see him to his first title. But I may just be biased...

Sorry we upset your superior intelect Spode, but where's your sense of humour?? Or are you. Ferrari fan disguised as a do-gooder?? There's loads more mileage in the 2008 result so don't expect too much respect for that comment any time soon!

We all know Bmw has been working on the 09 since Canada.. Mclaren and ferrari have so much cash that they can catch up very quickly.. If Bmw got the kers figured out ,then we may just have a new ball game.. Ferrari have Massa and kimi Renault has Alonso Mvlaren has Hamilton Red bull has Vettel I think kubica is clearly overated..What was the Bmw worth in 2008 ?" heidefeld and villeneuve were almost equal..Kubica takes 2 tenth on heidefeld..Alonso had half a secound on villeneuve (they raced 3 races together at renault, before villeneuve joined sauber)

Given that both Ferrari & McLaren had to concentrate on their 08 cars for the majority of last season & that some teams could switch earlier to the 09 regs it could be that both these teams will start on the back foot at the start of the season. In some cases this can cost you a season if you're playing catch up. Remember Ferrari probably would have won in 2006 it they didn't start off so bad. Given that no car on this year's grid is an evloution of last year's car predictions are pretty meaningless especially to make direct comparisons the championship just completed.

I predict a lot of crashes and break downs next season which will lead to more changes in rules for 2010

Massa is wrong. His greatest adversary in 2009 and 2010 will not be Hamilton. I predict the Ferrari Inquisition will tell him to shape up, slow down and give way for snoozer KR. How dare a ¿South American¿ threatening the campaign of a member of the Ferrari inner circle of Farcical Champions!! The brazilian has shown to be mentally tougher and faster overall than the mediocre KR myth but F-Counsel has a pet-peeve with brazilian drivers who refuse to fulfill their ¿contractual agreements¿. I predict McLaren and LH will have a field-day every race, with KR limping behind Kubica , Alonso, Heidfeld with Massa throttling his F-60 wearing Ferrari-red boot-shackles, somewhere behind the KR clown.

I guess Massa nows that the fight will be between Hamilton and kimi.. To all you who think kimi will have another 2008 season have no clue about f1.. In 2009 f1 cars will be able to overtake..Massa is a great in q3 but keep in mind kimi always had 5 laps of extra fuel on board.. The biggest chance in 2009 is taht f12 cars will be able to overtake..Kimi will outrace Massa on 14 of the 18 gp tracks..Valencia, turquie ,monaco and singapour Massa will have the edge...Massa`was lucky to win in france and belgium.. I think the title will go to the wire..Should it rain on several tracks Then Hamilton will be f1 Champiom. Should it not rain then kimi will a 2 times wChampion

Massa must have had divine assistance. Ferrari and McLaren battling for the championship - this is a truly inspired prediction.

I love it that PF1 can't mention Massa without pointing out that he was the RUNNER UP last year!! That's gotta hurt some of you guys (eh robson??!)? Let's just put it down to PF1's obvious bias towards Lewis Hamilton shall we, maybe that'll make you fanatics feel better about your loss??!!!
