What a load of rubbish. Hamilton was off circuit when Raikkonen went by (on the circuit I may add) and was therefore part of the yellow flag incident. By the above rational, both Hammo and Raikkonen should have been thrown out for passing Rosberg. Yeah the Hamilton penalty was bad form but its hardly surprising?? The FIA have been favoring Ferrari for as long as I can remember.
