Jackie Stewart is getting delusional.. er.. subjective. "probably the best racing team in the world"??? By what does he measure this assessment? The first championship since 1999? Ferrari had (say it to yourself, Jackie) THIRTEEN Championships!!!

Oh come on, admit it to yourself, lads. In 2009, it's obvious that Felipe and even Fernando far outperformed Lewis, when it comes to making the most out of their machinery.

Riggers. I've been thinking the McLaren isn't everything its cracked up to be also. Last year everybody was raving about how good Kovalainen is and he just needs a good car under him. In the McLaren he'll give Hamilton a run for his money. Well if he is that good the McLaren is poor, and Hamilton is very special.

Luck is on Hamilton's side this time. I also agree with Eddie Jordan said, McLaren won't get away with that again the next time. So McLaren and their drivers had better up their game, because come next year, a few teams are going to be more competitive, there will be more than 2-horse-race.

Congratulations to Lewis on this great achievement! It takes a season's worth of points to stitch together a championship and yesterday he demonstrated an understanding that it was okay to lose the battle in the interest of winning the war. When you've been taught from day 1 that you have to be the quickest and you have to win, win, win, it must be a very difficult concept to grasp that sometimes you don't need to. As for Felipe Massa, well done my friend! You acted like a true champion on and off the track all season, and especially in Brazil. It was an oh-so-cruel end to the season for you, but take comfort in the fact that last season Hamilton suffered a similar fate, but by persevering and pushing on he won the title this year. If you hold your chin up high and keep doing what you've done all this year, your time will come too, and you too will be able to bask in the glory of winning a world championship! You are a class act! And last but not least, holy moly - Vettel is amazing! Watch out everybody!! If he gets a strong drive, he will no doubt give Hamilton, Massa, Alonso, Kubica and Raikkonen the run for their money!

It's worth noting that Lewis has probably just won the title with the 2nd or 3rd best car... either that or Heikki needs to leave McLaren before the start of next year. How can the other McLaren get beaten by both Ferraris, both BMWs and 1 Renault? I think Ferrari did have the performance edge this year, they just lacked on reliability and operational performance so I can understand Heikki being beaten by them, then you have Kubica... Again fair enough that Kubica beat him, but to lose out to the Heidfeld and a Renault (I'm avoiding using Alonso's name, as being beaten by him is no shame... but that Renault had no place being at the front!) is unacceptable and if McLaren want to win more Drivers Titles they will need a better driver - Not to mention the Constructors Title!
