Testing resumes in Monza

With the three-week summer break now something of the past, teams will resume testing in Monza on Wednesday.

Under F1 regulations, teams are not allowed to test during the mid-season break, although Renault, McLaren and Force India were permitted to do a 50km shakedown in the build-up to last weekend's European Grand Prix.

All 10 teams have made the trek to northern Italy for three days of testing, which form part of preparations for the Belgian and Italian Grands Prix.

Felipe Massa, fresh from his victory at the European Grand Prix, will be behind the wheel for Ferrari on Wednesday and Thursday with Kimi Raikkonen taking over on the final day.

Heikki Kovalainen is scheduled to drive for McLaren on the first two days with Lewis Hamilton concluding proceedings on Friday.

Felipe Massa, Heikki Kovalainen, Nick Heidfeld, Nelson Piquet jr, Nico Rosberg, Mark Webber, Jarno Trulli, Sebastian Vettel, Jenson Button, Vitantonio Liuzzi.

Felipe Massa, Heikki Kovalainen, Nick Heidfeld, Nelson Piquet jr, Nico Rosberg, Mark Webber/David Coulthard, Jarno Trulli, Sebastian Vettel/Sebastien Bourdais, Jenson Button/Rubens Barrichello, Vitantonio Liuzzi/Adrian Sutil.

Schedule for Friday:

Kimi Raikkonen, Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso, Robert Kubica, Kazuki Nakajima, David Coulthard, Timo Glock, Sebastien Bourdais, Rubens Barrichello, Giancarlo Fisichella.
