Timo Glock is eager to take part in this week's Jerez test despite spending last night in a German hospital following his huge crash on Sunday.
The German suffered a huge shunt at Hockenheim on Sunday when his right rear suspension failed, sending him hurtling into the concrete barrier along the pitstraight.
Glock had to be helped out of his car and was immediately taken to the local hospital where he spent the night as a precautionary measure.
However, if the German has his way he'll be back testing at Jerez later this weekend, according to his team.
"He is fine and we have already talked to him on the phone," Toyota general manager Pascal Vasselon told Autosport.
"It may not be possible, but he is already thinking that he wants to drive in the test at Jerez. So he is fine."
